House leader Crisanta Duran is finalist to be national "rising star"

Colorado Democratic House leader Crisanta Duran has been named one of six national finalists for the EMILY'S List Rising Star award for her leadership and work on workforce development, affordable housing, rural economic development, and immigrant rights.
